For Christians, hospitality is a way of life. It is not just a practical issue, but a fundamental expression of the gospel as a response to God’s hospitality and an outworking of his love. Therefore, in our regular gatherings we aim to show hospitality in tangible ways. This involves preparing food and setting up for our Sunday services, as well as for other church-wide events. If you are intersted in making people feel at home in tangible ways, please consider this ministry.
Our welcome team is the extraverted side of our hospitality ministry. Their goal is to welcome new and existing attendees into the church every Sunday. This includes not only an initial "hello", but also making sure people get settled once they get into the service by handing out bulletins and, if needed, helping them find a seat. After the service, this team helps to connect newcomers with others in our congregation and inform them of the ways they can plug in. If you have a heart for the newcomer and the wanderer, please consider this ministry.
